Conditions for Citroen:

The deposit is refundable, less a $150 processing fee if the order is cancelled 32 days or more in advance of the requested delivery date.  After balance payment is received, cancellation of the order 31 days or less prior to the requested delivery date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $650.  Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to the delivery date will be subject to a fee of $950; $1350 if the delivery location is outside of France plus the applicable fees for pick-up and drop-off at the locations of pick-up and drop-off.  A $20 fee will apply for each change made on the order.  If the change is made 30 days or less prior to the delivery date the fee is $150, and if the change is made 15 days or less prior to the delivery date the above noted cancellation fees will be applied as change fees.  All change fees apply regardless of date that the changes are made.  All changes (vehicle availability, ability to secure a new delivery date or new delivery location, etc.) are subject to confirmation by the manufacturer.

Conditions for Renault:

Current web prices are the 2011 prices and are valid valid for pick-ups in 2012.

The deposit is refundable, less a $100 processing fee if your order is cancelled 32 days or more in advance of the requested delivery date.  After balance payment is received, cancellation of the order 31 days or less prior to the requested delivery date will be subject to the Renault cancellation fee of $500 and a Europe by Car, Inc. fee of $100, for a total cancellation fee of $600.  Regardless of the date of change, a $15 Europe by Car, Inc. fee will apply for any changes made on any Renault order.  If more than 2 changes are made on any Renault order, Renault will then apply a charge of $50 and this charge will be added to the $15 Europe by Car, Inc. charge for a total change fee of $65 for the third change, and any change thereafter.  Any change whatsoever to the order made 31 days or less prior to the requested delivery date will be subject to a $500 change fee.   All changes (vehicle availability, ability to secure a new delivery date or new delivery location, etc.) are subject to confirmation by Renault.

Renault Conditions for residents of Canada:

Rates shown on web are in Canadian dollars and are vallid only if the order is booked from December 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012 and delivered (picked up) by March 31, 2013.  Cancellation charges are as follows (in Canadian dollars): $50 if cancelled more than 25 days in advnace of the pick-up date; $480 if cancelled 25 days or less in advance of the pick-up date.  Change fee is $480 for any change made 25 days or less prior to scheduled pick-up date, but for the following 3 types of changes only: vehicle type, pick-up location and name under which lease order is placed.  In addition to the above noted cancellation and change feees there will be a Eruope by Car, Inc. fee of $100 US dollars charged to customer's credit card account.

General Lease Conditions:

The car factory will warrant the car and the standard manufacturer’s warranty will be issued to the purchaser.  Car is to be registered in customer’s name.  If model requested is not available, the manufacturer reserves the right to deliver a vehicle of a higher category at no extra charge to the purchaser.  EUROPE BY CAR, INC. (hereafter known as EBC) is acting as agent for the customer and all orders are subject to availability from the manufacturers or service suppliers and subject to their terms and conditions.  EBC will not be responsible if the delivery of the car is affected by strikes or labor troubles or other events beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil commotion, governmental rules and regulations or natural calamity.  Customer authorizes EBC to execute on their behalf all forms of documents that may be necessary for the purpose of obtaining delivery of the car, registration and insurance.  Customer may cancel order by giving EBC written notice of such cancellation and above noted terms apply.  Other applicable conditions are noted on manufacturer’s forms.  All vehicles are European specification models equipped in accordance with legal safety requirements prevailing in country of registration and cannot legally be imported to the U.S. or its territories.
